The eKonnect 1.0 RNLIC is a free business and productivity application for Android devices developed by Reliance Nippon Life Insurance Company Limited. The app is designed to serve as a one-stop-shop for employees to access all existing RNLIC apps, including Sales Assist, Workplace, HR360, and HGS, for a seamless experience.
The application offers a range of features, including the convenience of marking attendance from mobile devices as soon as employees report to the office. Users can also view their self and/or team attendance calendars from the app. The Employee Helpdesk tile enables users to raise queries related to salary, PF, leaves, etc., and track their status. Furthermore, the app allows users to bond with colleagues and team members by wishing them on their birthdays and work anniversaries and finding and sharing branch addresses and contact details via SMS or email.
